Lumenworks ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Scorecard email. If you complete the AI Readiness Scorecard and submit your email, we collect that email address so we can send you your results and follow up.
- Basic, cookieless analytics. We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that measures aggregate, anonymized usage (pages viewed, button clicks). It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites or build a personal profile.
Why we collect it
- To send you your scorecard results and relevant follow-up.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers that help us run the site (for example, the form/email provider that delivers your scorecard submission), and only as needed to provide the service.
How to request access or deletion
To ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, email hello@lumenworks.ai and we will respond promptly.
